Named after Denise Marie Heizman, a women whose heart knew no bounds. This recovery house is more than just a place to heal, it is a testament to her enduring spirit. Denise was a mother of four, three sons and a daughter, who knew the true meaning of love and scarifice. She carried her heart full of warmth, always offering a helping hand, a listening ear and unconditional support. Her kindness touched many lives; unfortunately she was taken too soon by the cruel grip of fentanyl, her legacy continues to shine through the mission of DMH. 

DMH is built on the foundation of respect, resilience, and recovery. It is a space where individuals can rebuild their lives, free from the chains of addictions, and step into a future filled with possibility.
